Some 2000 new apartments of varying sizes and family homes are planned for Renfrew Riverside, all of them to be developed by recognised national names.

George Wimpey is getting the ball rolling with its Ferry Village scheme, overlooking the new public park. The first of 385 riverside apartments and town houses should be ready to move into as early as Spring 2006.
